One of our company's strong points is our presence in various distribution networks. We have always succeeded in adapting our sales methods to changing markets, thereby ensuring our company's development.

Our sales force works hard to promote our values and make sure that consumers find our wines at an appropriate place, time, and price.

In France, more than fifty people, working via a number of distribution networks, sell our wines to clients as varied as supermarket chains and fine restaurants.

As for export sales, our subsidiaries in New York, London, and Stuttgart guarantee widespread distribution to supermarket chains, traditional shops, and restaurants.
The rest of the world is covered by three area supervisors who manage our broker and importer network. Patriarche wines are now available in more than 80 countries.

Also, thanks to the fact that our cellars are open to the public, thousands of tourists have the opportunity of discovering our fine wines during their trip to Burgundy.

[ Glossaire ]

Climat : In Burgundy, this word refers to a vineyard plot.

Pièce : This is the name given, in Burgundy, to 228 litre oak barrels, each containing approximately 300 bottles of wine.

Bottle ageing : Once bottled, the wine is stored in a cellar until it reaches its peak, and is ready to be enjoyed. During this time, fruit aromas begin to fade as oak, mushroom, and humus overtones appear. A cellar should be cool, without excessive temperature variation (around 10°C), and have good humidity.
